Regime Catwoman is considerably one of the weaker Bronze cards, with roughly the lowest health in the game.

Catwoman deals more damage on her basic attacks if the opponent is bleeding!

While she is fast, her lack of health makes her more of a glass cannon. While her basic attacks deal more damage to any opponent suffering from damage over time (which stacks multiplicatively with the global damage bonus from her bleed on her special 1, Cat Claws), the boost isn't too significant, and as Cat Claws hit many times it tends to give your opponent too much power and they could tag out too easily for it to be practical.
