Strategy

The Mark Of Lady Shiva is a much better alternative for basic attack damage overall, but Energy Lance with its still decent for its block effect. A possible niche is if you already have 100% crit chance or close with 2 pieces of gear, like Overpowered 5-U-93-R or LexCorp Chest Armor V2, Energy Lance can be better than Mark of Lady Shiva as the crit chance would be wasted over 100%.
