The Most Wanted Pack is a rotating pack that can be bought in the store with 600,000 Power Credits and contains a random 3 of the following gold characters. Its contents are known to change from time to time, but these are the current contents that it displays:

- Cyborg/Teen Titans
- Harley Quinn/Arkham Knight
- Green Lantern/Jessica Cruz Rebirth (8.00% chance)
- Martian Manhunter/Blackest Night (8.00% chance)
- Raven/Teen Titans (8.00% chance)
- Shazam (8.00% chance)
- Superman/Regime
- The Joker/The Killing Joke
This pack was updated in version 2.21, removing Darkseid/Apokolips, Doomsday/Containment, Raven/Prime & Scorpion/Mortal Kombat, and adding to the pack Batgirl/Arkham Knight, Cyborg/Teen Titans, Harley Quinn/Arkham Knight, Green Lantern/Jessica Cruz Rebirth & Raven/Teen Titans.
Reverse Flash, Martian Manhunter/Prime & Harley Quinn/Animated were previously in this pack, but were removed shortly before the introduction of the 2.15.
It used to be possible to obtain multiple copies of a single character from a single opening this pack. As of now, only no more than one copy of a character can be pulled from this pack.
The drop rate for all characters are estimated to be the same, at 9.09% per slot, or 24.9% chance to get at least one copy of the desired character from a pack.

Much of the possible contents of the pack can be obtained from Challenge Booster Packs or Gold Booster Packs.
Trivia
- The Most Wanted Pack was infamous for containing the much reviled The Flash/Elseworld as well as Solomon Grundy/Boss, but it appears they have been replaced, along with Superman/Prime and Deathstroke/Red Son.
- Scorpion/Mortal Kombat, Batman/Prime & Cyborg/Teen Titans are the only possible characters who are worth less than 200,000 credits, which is 1/3 of the pack.
- Currently, it seems to have been replaced with the Most Wanted Pack 1, which is exactly the same as this pack except it costs real money. The price being $19.99.
- It's further replaced with the Most Wanted Pack 2, costing $39.99 while still containing the same characters.
