The Flash New 52 is one of the strongest Bronze characters with a minor passive. The power gain, although minuscule, helps in gaining special abilities slightly quicker. This, coupled with his high speed, great damage (tied with The Flash/Prime), and chance to stun on his second special make him a good addition to any Bronze team. However, it is quite expensive to promote him to Elite VII, as he is a rare drop from the Bronze Booster Pack


Please note that battles are highly situational: this section only mentions cards that have mechanics that, for any reason, are particularly effective with/against, or particularly ineffective against The Flash. Having a card that "counters" The Flash does not mean it is always a good choice.
